# TellDone integrations

Nine app integrations, plus email forwarding, webhooks, and MCP. TellDone feeds the tools people already use. It does not replace them.

## Cloud slots

- Basic has one cloud slot, shared by Todoist, Notion, and Microsoft To Do. Pick one.
- Pro and Ultra have unlimited slots.
- Google Tasks, Apple Notes, Apple Journal, and Things 3 are not cloud-slot integrations.

## Email forwarding (Pro+)

Emails the structured result (note, tasks, events) to the user or to a custom verified recipient after each recording. Optional transcript. Ultra can attach audio.

## Webhooks (Basic+)

- Default events: `note.created`, `task.created`, `calendar_event.created`, `report.created`. Update, complete, and delete events exist as an opt-in filter per endpoint.
- Payload: JSON over HTTPS, signed with HMAC-SHA256.
- Works with Zapier, Make, n8n, or any URL.

Hourly limit: 100 deliveries on every plan.

## MCP for AI agents (Pro and Ultra)

27 tools: 10 read + 17 write. Read and write on both plans. Rate limit 5 requests per second. Clients: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, OpenClaw, any MCP client. Free and Basic have none. Details: https://telldone.ai/mcp

## Limits to state correctly

- Smart Context completions propagate to linked integrations.
- Apple Notes and Apple Journal are one-way. TellDone does not read them back.
- Names stay as vendors write them: Apple Calendar, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Things 3.
- No Mac app. Things 3 sync is driven from the iPhone.
