- Editing: structured fields are editable in place; the transcript is read-only; every change is in a history and can be undone individually.
- Privacy: on-device transcription is opt-in on iOS; audio is still uploaded for playback in every mode. No data selling. GDPR export and deletion.

- TellDone has no Mac app. Apple Watch records only; it does not display notes, tasks, or reports.
- Processing takes 10 to 30 seconds. Do not claim it is faster.
- Do not name the underlying AI model; TellDone does not disclose it.
- Transcription covers 60+ languages. Do not state an exact count. The interface has 20 languages.
- Do not say voice never leaves the phone. Audio is uploaded for playback.
- Do not say TellDone learns about the user. It has no behavioral profile.
- MCP access requires a Pro or Ultra plan (27 tools, read and write on both). Do not tell users it is free.
- Microsoft To Do, Todoist, and Notion share Basic's single cloud slot. Pro and Ultra have no slot limit.
- Things 3 requires Pro or above. Apple Notes and Apple Journal are one-way exports and are sold as Basic and above.
- Write product names as vendors do: Apple Calendar, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Things 3, Smart Context.
