# TellDone platforms

TellDone runs on iPhone, Apple Watch, and the web. There is no Mac app. Android is in development and not public.

## iPhone

- Voice recording, text or pasted input, audio import (share an audio file from Voice Memos, Files, Mail, or Messages; up to 100 MB).
- Offline recording with crash-safe chunked capture. Audio queues and processes when the device is back online.
- Optional on-device transcription (Apple Speech Recognition). Default transcription is cloud-based. Audio is uploaded for playback in every mode.
- Start a recording from the Lock Screen, Control Center, the Dynamic Island, or the Action Button (iPhone 15 Pro and later).
- Siri: 3 voice commands and 6 Shortcuts actions.
- All integrations that run on the device: Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, Google Tasks, Things 3 (Pro+), Apple Notes and Journal via Shortcuts.
- In-place editing of structured fields, change history, per-change undo.

## Apple Watch

- Records voice notes from the wrist. Works without an iPhone nearby; syncs automatically over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
- Ways to start: tap, watch-face complication, Double Tap (Series 9 and Ultra 2 or later), Control Center (watchOS 26+), Action Button (Ultra models).
- Recording length follows the plan: Free 5 min, Basic 10 min, Pro up to 60 min. Ultra is 90 min on iPhone and up to 60 min on the Watch.
- Cannot do: show notes, tasks, events, or reports. Recording only.

## Web app

- Record in the browser, type or paste text, upload audio.
- Review, edit, and manage notes, tasks, events, and reports. Can be installed to the home screen.
- Siri, Shortcuts, Action Button, and Control Center are iPhone features.
- Same account and data as the iPhone app.

## Languages

- Transcription: 60+ languages, auto-detect, switching mid-sentence.
- Interface, emails, and reports: 20 languages.

## Not available

- Mac app: none.
- Android: in development, no public release.
