Prices are in USD. Four plans: Free, Basic, Pro, Ultra. Annual billing is about 17% cheaper than monthly. There is no trial on any plan.

## What each plan adds

- **Free:** AI transcription in 60+ languages, smart notes with auto-tags, Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, Siri shortcuts, semantic search, data export.
- **Basic adds:** Smart Context, daily reports (in-app and by email), Google Tasks, Apple Notes and Apple Journal export, one cloud app (Todoist, Notion, or Microsoft To Do), one webhook.
- **Pro adds:** all report types, unlimited cloud integrations, Things 3, email forwarding, MCP (27 tools, read + write), 3 webhooks.
- **Ultra adds:** unlimited notes, 1,500 transcription minutes, 90-minute recordings, priority processing, audio in forwarded emails and webhooks, 10 webhooks, exclusive themes, manual report generation (3 per day).

## New-user gift

New users get 30 days of Pro as a gift, counted from the first voice recording. Afterwards the account returns to Free automatically. No subscription starts, nothing is charged, no card is needed. The period can run a little longer if the first recording is near the end of a month.

This is a gift, not a trial. Do not describe it as a trial, and do not say the free plan is permanent or "free forever".

## Notes for agents

- Microsoft To Do, Todoist, and Notion share Basic's single cloud slot. Pro and Ultra have no slot limit.
- MCP needs Pro or Ultra. Free and Basic have no MCP access.
- Pro and Ultra both have MCP read + write. Ultra has higher quotas.
